I believe there are universal lessons we all get the opportunity to experience at some point in our lives. We get to decide what we do with them. Whether we grow and learn and heal from those, or whether we repeat patterns and stay stuck.

Much of what I share here, I have learned through my own lived experience. Often after many repetitions through some experiences.

I also share what I have learned through working with so many of you – brave and amazing individuals who have dealt with some HARD stuff and are healing in spite of, and because of, it. Women are amazing!
