  • Daily Myofascial Self Treatment MUST match activity!

Perhaps you are familiar with the concept that when you work out, the type of stretching afterward must match the type of workout you have had. It hardly does any good to spend time stretching the calves when you have been doing biceps curls with heavy weights 🙂 What is commonly overlooked, though, is the…

  • How Do You Do Self Myofascial Release At Home?

I am frequently asked this question, generally by clients wondering what I do for my own at home myofascial release treatment. I started to answer with the things I do on a regular basis. Legs up the wall at least once a week. Nightly lying on and softening over a foam roller in some way.…

  • Improve Your Self Myofascial Release By 1%!

Several years ago, I learned about the 1% approach to improvement. • How Can I Feel Better? Move Better

Frequently we hear from people, “If I felt better, I would be able to move better.” We believe this is backwards. If we move better, often we would feel better.  Now, don’t get me wrong, it isn’t necessarily fun to move when you don’t feel well. Literally, it can be a pain. But when done…

I believe there are universal lessons we all get the opportunity to experience at some point in our lives. We get to decide what we do with them. Whether we grow and learn and heal from those, or whether we repeat patterns and stay stuck.

Much of what I share here, I have learned through my own lived experience. Often after many repetitions through some experiences.

I also share what I have learned through working with so many of you – brave and amazing individuals who have dealt with some HARD stuff and are healing in spite of, and because of, it. Women are amazing!

Thank you for sharing the journey with me.
